Accessing Your Privacy Controls

All privacy controls are available through the YouNu web application at app.younu.click. Simply sign in with the same Google account you used to register, navigate to your Profile, and you will find options to download your data and delete your account.

These controls are accessible from any browser on any device — no app installation required.

How to Download Your Data

Under GDPR and applicable privacy law, you have the right to a copy of all personal data YouNu holds about you. To request your data export:

• 1 Visit app.younu.click and sign in with your Google account.
• 2 Tap or click your profile icon in the top right corner to open your Profile.
• 3 Select Manage your account — this opens your personal account portal.
• 4 Choose Download my data to receive a full export of your conversations, journal entries, and account information.

How to Delete Your Account

You may permanently delete your YouNu account at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. All your data — conversations, journal entries, and profile information — is permanently erased from our systems.

• 1 Visit app.younu.click and sign in with your Google account.
• 2 Tap or click your profile icon to open your Profile.
• 3 Select Manage your account to open your account portal.
• 4 Choose Delete my account and confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
